Service is to deliver experts both through theoretical education about hotel food cooking and practical training such as cooking Korean, Western, Japanese and Chinese food, baking bread & cookies and handling wine & cocktails.
After graduation, you will be able to work in a variety of areas such as in the kitchen or bakery of a hotel, a food service company, a food company, a company cafeteria, a food distribution company, a food laboratory or related education institutions. You could become a public official for food safety management, a food stylist or a food coordinator. You could also start your own restaurant.
